July 29, 2020 marks the 46th anniversary of the establishment of the “A” Department of the Central Security Service of the FSB of Russia. Alexey Dyumin congratulated all those involved on their professional holiday. He noted that “Alpha” is one of the most effective units that fights terrorism, as well as organized crime.
The Governor especially stressed that the unit was responsible for thousands of the most complex special operations around the world.
“You always and everywhere show impeccable combat training, courage and determination. You fulfill your duty with honor, risking your own lives.”
The head of the region wished the employees of Department “A” health and well-being.
