Specialists of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration, conducting a raid survey on the territory of the Glebovsky rural settlement of the Rybinsk district of the Yaroslavl region, discovered an agricultural land plot with an area of ​​70 hectares, overgrown with trees, bushes and weeds. Such handling of agricultural land is contrary to the current legislation.
In addition to the fact that the lack of cultivation and protection of lands worsens their quality, there was also a threat of fire – the fact is that this huge abandoned area borders on the lands of the forest fund. This means that irreparable damage can be caused to him.
It turned out that the land belongs to a legal entity that leased it to a local individual entrepreneur. Claims have already been submitted to both the owner and the tenant.
