In the Kaluga region on Thursday, July 30, a thunderstorm with hail is expected. Another meteorological warning is given by the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations.
“According to the Kaluga Hydrometeorological Center, in the next 1-3 hours and with protection until the end of the day on July 30 thunderstorms, heavy rain, hail, and increased wind gusts up to 15-20 m / s are expected in the Kaluga region,” the weather report says.
Thunderstorms cover the Kaluga region this summer not for the first time.
In the event of a thunderstorm, safety rules must be strictly observed. It is not recommended to leave the house during a thunderstorm unnecessarily. In bad weather, the stove must not be heated, since the smoke coming out of the chimney has a high electrical conductivity and can attract an electric discharge to itself. For the same reason, fires cannot be made. During thunderstorms, stay away from electrical wiring and antennas.
