It turned out that the organization was extracting mud from Lake Elton without a license, which violated the law.
The prosecutor’s office of the Pallasovsky district, during the inspection of the correct use of the subsoil, established that LLC “Sanatorium Elton-2” extracts therapeutic mud illegally. The permit to operate was received by the Pallasov Central District Hospital, and the rights were in fact used by another organization, the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office said. The law considers this to be a violation.
In this regard, the prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to invalidate the previously concluded subsoil use contract. The arbitral tribunal fully upheld this claim.
The decision has not yet entered into force and can be appealed to a higher instance.
