For debts to the school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, bailiffs in the Novosibirsk region had to impose a ban on registration actions with respect to the car of a local resident, only after that the man paid off all the debts.
Bailiffs in the Novosibirsk region have imposed a ban on registration actions against the car of a 24-year-old local resident. The young man became a debtor to the most famous school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – the Ryazan Guards Higher Airborne Command School.
At one time, a resident of the Novosibirsk region entered this educational institution, and then he was expelled. True, he did not pay for the training – the school billed the former student in the amount of 140 thousand rubles
“As part of the enforcement proceedings, minor write-offs were made from the debtor’s bank accounts. In addition, the bailiff-executor installed a car owned by the debtor, ”the bailiff service said.
A ban was imposed on registration actions in relation to the vehicle, the young man found out about this only when he tried to sell the car, but could not.
As reported on the official website of the Office of the Federal Bailiffs Service in the Novosibirsk Region, fearing to lose a real buyer, the man quickly paid off the debt and the performance fee set by the bailiffs.
