Anatoly Terekhov, a resident of the Volosovsky district of the Leningrad region, who at a large press conference of Russian President Vladimir Putin turned to him with a complaint about the rudeness of a local official, told the details of the incident.

Putin instructed the governor of the Leningrad region to investigate the situation.
