The woman, the owner of the apartment, filed a lawsuit against her daughter, in which she asked the court to recognize her as having lost the right to use the living quarters and to evict her, as well as to remove her from the registration register.

The court found that the defendant does not pay for utilities, scandal, brings outsiders, threatens her mother with violence, and leads an immoral lifestyle. The woman does not work anywhere, but receives a pension, which she spends on alcohol. Over the past 10 years, the defendant has been brought to administrative responsibility 50 times for family rowdy, disorderly conduct and being in a public place under the influence of alcohol.

The court concluded that there is no family relationship between mother and daughter. The former relative does not retain the right to use the living quarters. If the citizen does not leave the apartment voluntarily within the specified time period, then he is evicted on the basis of the court.

The court decided to evict the daughter of a resident of Sokol from the apartment. The decision was not appealed and entered into legal force.
