In Bashkiria, rescuers are looking for a group of tourists of eight people who went to rest at the Atysh waterfall of the Beloretsk region, but still have not contacted. The travelers set off on the hike on August 8, and on August 9 they were supposed to return home. However, this has not happened so far.

Employees of the emergency rescue service of the State Committee for Emergency Situations went in search. They came to the aid of another group of tourists who could not get to the other side. They were transported by watercraft.

Tourists from this group told rescuers that they saw lost travelers at the waterfall. They are alive and waiting for rescuers.

As the State Committee for Emergency Situations told IA “Bashinform”, the search is complicated by the fact that the group was not registered and the rescuers do not know the exact route. Relatives of tourists also cannot indicate their location. The situation is complicated by the fact that the water level in the Inzer River has risen after rains, and tourists cannot move to the other side.

On July 24, it was reported that rescuers found lost pensioners in the taiga in Yakutia. A 70-year-old woman and her 52-year-old disabled son went to the forest for berries and got lost.
