Investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case under the article “Causing death by negligence.”
A 13-year-old boy with his underage friends swam in a pond alone. At some point, the guys lost sight of their friend and reported the incident to the rescuers and law enforcement agencies.
In the criminal case, a forensic examination was appointed, which should establish the exact cause of the child’s death. The investigation also has to find out the conditions for the upbringing and living of the child. The investigation continues.
