Students launched a portal that provides free support to schoolchildren who need help with mastering educational material during distance learning. Regardless of where you live in Germany, through the created portal, you can get help from online tutors for free.

According to Sebastian Scott, about 1,000 half-hour consultations are currently available. During the first wave of coronavirus, Scott and his friends developed an online platform www.naklar.io, which helps schoolchildren find a volunteer assistant.

Currently, 800 volunteer teachers are providing assistance, who have already helped about 5,500 schoolchildren through individual consultations via audio or video calls. Tutors who undergo a preliminary identity check are quite diverse: they are students, experts in different fields, and retirees.
