Experts recommend following a few simple but effective rules:
1. Try to limit your time outside. Temporarily abstain from physical activity;
2. If you are often indoors, do not forget to ventilate it. A fan or air conditioner can be used;
3. When you go out, give preference to light clothing made from natural fabrics. Choose light shades and don’t forget about the headdress;
4. Try not to eat fatty foods, and keep the consumption of meat to a minimum, and instead you can eat fish or seafood. Try not to eat in the heat, it is better to transfer meals to the morning or evening. Monitor food storage and hygiene;
5. Drink as much liquid as possible: tea, water, fruit drink and more. Avoid soda, high-sugar liquids, energy drinks, and alcohol. Drink at least 1.5 liters of fluid per day;
6. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible. Always wash them well before use;
7. Take a cool shower whenever possible;
8. Try to minimize travel on public transport in the heat;
9. Visit those stores where the optimal temperature regime is provided;
10. Swimming in water bodies is allowed only in specially equipped places, observing the rules for organizing swimming.
