For people with disabilities who want to get a job, only 3% of all offered vacancies are intended in the Pskov region. On the eve of the International Day for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, celebrated on May 5, the analysts of the hh.ru job search portal came to this conclusion.
They found that since the beginning of 2021, over 7,000 vacancies labeled for people with disabilities have been posted in all regions of the Northwestern Federal District. 66% (most) are in St. Petersburg. In the Pskov region, only 3% of employers are ready to offer work to people with disabilities. Most of the vacancies are related to marketing, sales and work in call centers.
By the way, the Novgorod and Murmansk regions, as well as the Republics of Komi and Karelia, are on a par with our region in terms of the number of vacancies for disabled people.
