In the Leninsky district of Astrakhan, the city authorities are building a 192-apartment house for migrants from dilapidated and dilapidated housing. The head of the city, Maria Permyakova, visited the construction site to find out how many floors were built by the contractor.
An apartment building is being built on Bulvarnaya Street, which is located in the Babaevsky microdistrict. Astrakhan residents are planning to move here from dilapidated and dilapidated housing. The construction of the house is proceeding at a rapid pace, because a year ago there was a vacant lot in this place, and today nine of the sixteen floors provided by the project have already been erected. The representative of the contractor assured the head of Astrakhan, Maria Permyakova, that the house was being built in accordance with modern standards. The house will have one and two bedroom apartments. The “box” of the building, according to the contractor, will be ready by the end of the summer.
According to the project, the displaced persons will move into new apartments not with concrete walls – the contractor will carry out finishing work. Set up on the Boulevard and the adjacent territory. A green area and small architectural forms will appear on it.
The contractor plans to completely hand over the house this fall.
Recall that in the Babaevsky microdistrict, a new kindergarten is also under construction, which is designed for 190 places. You can read more about this in our material at the link.
