According to the interlocutor of the agency, one rocket fell on the territory of the Turkish Armed Forces camp in the city of Baashik. No one was hurt as a result of the attack.

Another rocket landed in a nearby village, injuring a civilian.

In addition, the rocket fell near the Erbil airfield, which is 90 km from Baashiki.

On February 15, the area of ​​the airport of the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan, Erbil, came under rocket fire. The US base is located in this area. Media reported that five missiles fell in the vicinity, two of which were in the immediate vicinity of a US military base, and another in a residential area near the Chinese embassy.

According to the White House, the attack killed one civilian and injured several other representatives of the international coalition, including an American soldier and specialists from the United States.
