The 79th victim of the coronavirus was a woman from the Danilovsky district. The pensioner was 60 years old.
An elderly woman, when she felt unwell, did not go to doctors and preferred to self-medicate. Five days later, when she got worse, she called a doctor. As a result, she was admitted to the Mikhailovsky district hospital.
The patient was diagnosed with “coronavirus with bilateral pneumonia.” Volgograd also had chronic problems with the cardiovascular system.
Despite the efforts of doctors, the woman could not be saved. She died from complications caused by COVID-19.
