Pskov policemen have identified 43 online drug stores this year. This was “MK in Pskov” reported in the press service of the municipality. This information was announced by the head of the drug control department of the Russian MIA Administration for the city of Pskov, Sergei Shukurov, at a meeting of the anti-drug commission.
According to him, the Internet is the main means of marketing psychotropic substances. At the same time, as Sergei Shukurov noted, the sellers have a very high degree of protection and conspiracy.
Those who transfer goods from hand to hand are the least of all, but there are people who buy large consignments of drugs via the Internet and then resell them in smaller ones.
