For the entire time of the coronavirus pandemic, more than 93.9 million tests were carried out.
“625,950 people remain under medical supervision,” the message says.
On the eve it became known that the number of people cured of this infection in Russia for the second day in a row exceeds the number of cases. So, on that day, it was reported that more than 24 thousand patients were cured of COVID-19 in a day.
This virus was detected in 22,851 people over the past 24 hours.
The day before, the number of cases per day was 23 309. 23 680 patients recovered.
Earlier, on January 6, doctors predicted a decline in the current wave of the epidemic in Russia in early spring. They believe that incidence rates like the fall and December will not be there until the end of the pandemic.
