The heat will return to Moscow next week. The temperature can reach 31 degrees Celsius. This was announced on Friday, July 31, by Anatoly Tsygankov, Deputy Head of the Situation Center of Roshydromet, reports the Moscow City News Agency.
On weekends, according to him, rainy weather will still remain, thunderstorms are possible. Thermometer columns will show up to plus 20 degrees during the day.
However, starting from Monday, the forecaster notes, the capital will be partly cloudy and will be practically rainless. The wind direction will also change to west and north-west. The air temperature will range from 18 degrees in the region to 23 in the center of Moscow. On Tuesday it will get warmer up to 21-26 degrees. The wind will change to the south – 3–8 m / s. On Wednesday, the air will warm up to plus 23-28 degrees, and on Thursday – up to plus 26-31 degrees.
Earlier, on Friday, the head of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand also predicted that summer weather would return to the Moscow region on August 4. According to him, now in the capital region the weather is much lower than normal, but on Monday, August 3, warming will begin.
