At the capital’s airports on Saturday morning, October 17, 24 flights were canceled or delayed. This is reported by the service “Yandex. Schedules”.
As of 06:00 Moscow time, the largest number of flights was canceled to Domodedovo – ten. Seven flights will not take place in Sheremetyevo, two more are delayed. Four flights to Vnukovo were canceled, one flight is delayed.
Zhukovsky Airport continues to operate normally.
The reasons for the delay and cancellation of flights are not disclosed.
In October, Russian airlines received permits for regular flights to 24 countries. In addition, according to the vice-president of the Russian Union of Travel Industry Alexander Osaulenko, Russia is negotiating the resumption of flights with another 30 states, including Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia.
