A regular meeting of the commission on juvenile affairs of the Leninsky district took place in Kirov. The press service of the mayor’s office said that the meeting was attended by employees of the prosecutor’s office and the authorities for the prevention of juvenile delinquency.
The commission examined 38 cases – 22 in relation to parents and legal representatives and 16 in relation to children. Experts decided that 20 residents of Kirov should be brought to administrative responsibility for the fact that they are raising children in an inappropriate way.
In particular, five adults were punished for violating the rules for the safe stay of children in public places. The article provides for a fine of 100 to 500 rubles. One parent was fined for having his child drunk. For such a violation, the parent pays from 1,500 to 2 thousand rubles.
