The temporary employment program has been operating in the Volgograd region since September.
250 enterprises and organizations of the region are ready to give work to Volgograd residents who were not employed due to the coronavirus pandemic. In less than two months, 774 residents have already received help.
As told in the regional committee on labor and employment, the most active participants in the program were employers in the housing and communal services, industry and agro-industrial complex, as well as public catering and social services.
Volgograd residents wishing to temporarily find a job should contact the employment center. The monthly payment during the period of community service is at least 12,130 rubles. And some unemployed will also receive benefits – provided that the dismissal was no later than a year from the date of contacting the employment center, there are qualifications and vocational education.
Employers participating in the program will be able to reimburse all costs of part-time wages in the amount of the minimum wage. The maximum amount of compensation per month per employee will be 15,760 rubles. 40 million rubles are provided for these purposes.
