The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, said that the residents of the center of European Russia will face a sharp warming, accompanied by low clouds, wet precipitation and icy ice.
On Thursday, February 25, daytime temperatures will approach zero. According to Vilfand, this 23-30 degree rise in temperature will take 36-48 hours.
