17.5% of written requests were related to issues in the housing and utilities sector. In connection with the situation with the coronavirus, in the reporting quarter, complaints were received about violations of consumer rights in the cultural and entertainment sector due to the cancellation of concerts and performances. Such requests accounted for 2.9% of the total.
In addition, thanks to judicial protection last year, the courts collected 4.2 million rubles in favor of the victims. Of these, 49 thousand rubles fell on compensation for moral damage.
