Volunteers from SPO “Salvar” talk about the search for a 45-year-old mushroom picker who got lost in the Monastyrshchinsky district from September 3 to 4.

“Sergei Alexandrovich went to Gerchiky to pick mushrooms, called a friend and said that he had lost his way. The car, they say, you will see – is on the road.

On which road and in which direction the “lost” is picking mushrooms, the friend did not have time to understand – the connection was lost and, naturally, the phone was discharged. The entry point is unknown and a friend, having traveled around all the exits and nooks of the forest in the area of the village, could not find a car.

After studying the map, the search coordinator Yuri Vasilevich (call sign “Puaro”) made a decision: we take one dirt road, on the sides of which there are two woodlands, and “close” them.

It is on this road that we find the car “lost” (a friend did not reach this place literally 400 meters).

The entry point is known, and this makes it easier for us to search, consider that 50 percent of the success is already in our pocket.

“Foxes” by two people are distributed over two forest areas and after a couple of hours “shoot” the response of Sergei Alexandrovich, who managed to “bore” into the swamp.

Next, one of the “foxes” hears another response … But it turned out to be an owl … A troll owl (it’s good that it’s not another “lost”, but that happened).

Taking Sergei Alexandrovich out to his car, we “turned the calendar”, successfully closing the search at around 4 am. “
