An American military base at the Baghdad International Airport was fired upon, al-Sumaria reported on Friday night, April 23, citing a source in Iraqi security agencies.
According to him, three rockets were fired at the base, one of them fell near the runway, the other two – not far from the central prison. The channel’s source also noted that one Iraqi citizen was wounded as a result of the shelling. The installation from which the fire was fired, according to him, was most likely located in the west of the Iraqi capital.

The parties also decided that the United States would withdraw most of its military from Iraq, and only Iraqi troops would fight against the IS group banned in Russia.
