The Ukrainian Armed Forces again began to deploy armored vehicles and weapons in the settlements controlled by Kiev in the Donbass. This was reported by the press service of the People’s Militia of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR).
This is in violation of the third point of additional measures. So, in the residential area of the Kiev-controlled village of Katerinovka, which is located at the contact line, one armored personnel carrier BTR-60 was recorded. In addition, two infantry fighting vehicles are being deployed in the area of the Kiev-controlled village of Mironovsky.
Rangee, the head of the self-proclaimed DPR assessed Kiev’s proposals to change the Minsk format of negotiations on a settlement in Donbass. As the politician pointed out, behind this is the intention to reshape the region, and possibly cause a new war.
Pushilin also noted that the idea is not new: attempts to change the Minsk agreements were made by the former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and his team.
