The museums of two Kalmyk schools were among the winners of the All-Russian competition within the framework of the United Russia party project “Historical Memory”.
The results of the federal stage of the All-Russian competition for the best school museum, corner or room in memory of the Great Patriotic War have been summed up. The competition was organized within the framework of the Historical Memory project of the United Russia party.
Third-degree diplomas and cash certificates worth 200 thousand rubles were awarded to two schools in Kalmykia. The Museum of “Fighting Glory” of the secondary school No. 8 named after Nomto Ochirov in the city of Elista won an award in the category “City Museum”. And the local history museum of military and labor glory of the F.I. Dedova of the village of Vinogradnoye, Gorodovikovsky district – in the category “Rural Museum”.
In total, 94 Russian schools became the winners of the final stage of the competition, which will receive 500, 300 and 200 thousand rubles for the first, second and third places, respectively.
