In addition, Skoromnaya did not recommend drinking freshly squeezed juices in the morning, as this can cause blood sugar to jump. As for muesli, you need to choose it carefully. Most often, the bars are of poor quality. The products that are produced on an industrial scale and sold in supermarkets are not very good, the specialist concluded.
