Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the formation and commencement of the work of the Unified Register of Supervision Types from July 1, 2021. This was reported on April 4 by the press service of the Cabinet.
It is noted that a new form of accounting is being created as part of the reform of control and supervisory activities. The service will display information not only about the types of federal control, but also regional and local divisions. In addition, citizens will be able to view information about the specific activities of the body designed to identify violations of a regulatory nature.
All materials will be stored on the Internet, entrepreneurs will be able to find out the frequency of inspections in relation to their business.
The Unified Register will form all the data into one group, they will also be used by the Unified Register of Control Measures and departmental information systems. The government emphasizes that such innovations will allow digitalization of information necessary for citizens.
On April 1, it became known that the Russian government intends to amend another 125 laws as part of the control and supervisory reform. According to Mishustin, thanks to such decisions, the administrative burden on entrepreneurs will noticeably decrease, which will make it possible to carry out inspections even more efficiently.
