The United States intelligence services are looking for an opportunity to reveal more information about Russia and China. they were asked about this by the heads of the commands of the US Armed Forces (Armed Forces), according to the newspaper Politico on April 26, citing sources.

The request, as noted in the material, was submitted by representatives of nine commands of the US Armed Forces to intelligence about declassifying such information back in 2020.

It is clarified that the appeal said that Washington can get the support of its allies only through “a public struggle for the truth against challenging America in the 21st century.”

The US military believes that the field of satellite imagery needs to be made more open, urging intelligence to release images and photographs of a similar nature, which capture “enemy behavior.”

According to one unnamed source, the commanders are not getting the information they need, or they are getting it too late.

According to the publication, a letter asking for information that can then be made public to combat the “malicious behavior” of countries, written in 2020, was not made public, but caused a storm of discussions in the Pentagon.

Earlier on the same day, the office of the Director of US National Intelligence Avril Haynes announced the creation of a center to combat secret foreign influence on the internal political processes in the country.
