According to the information of the regional inspection of the State Construction Supervision, there is fresh information about the list of Volgograd long-term construction projects and bankrupt developers.
The department reported that long-term construction projects are located in Kirovsky, Dzerzhinsky, Voroshilovsky, Krasnoarmeisky, Central and Sovetsky districts, in the city of Volzhsky, in Krasnoslobodsk. Some of them were planned to be completed in 2013 and 2015.
Also, according to fresh data, the region counted 11 construction companies declared bankrupt. A bankruptcy procedure has been introduced against them.
Let us recall that the problem of defrauded equity holders is being comprehensively solved in the region. For part of the long-term construction, we have already managed to find bona fide developers, they work at the facilities.
Recently, more than 70 Volgograd long-term houses have been completed, the rights of 6,000 families of equity holders have been restored.
