Most often, doctors, lawyers and chief accountants work in the specialty, it follows from a study conducted by the Superjob job search service.
According to a survey conducted among 3,500 Russians with higher education and work experience, doctors (100%), lawyers (99%), chief accountants (92%), as well as psychologists (75%) are most often employed in their specialty received at a university. and teachers (72%).
Most often sales managers (29%), customer service specialists (31%) and logistics managers (46%) work outside their profession.
In total, 40% of Russians are employed in the specialty specified in the document on higher education. Every fifth of them – 22% – works in a field adjacent to the specialty they received at a university. 38% of respondents do not work in their specialty.
At the same time, according to the study, more than half of those working in their specialty have a salary of more than 80 thousand rubles a month. Respondents with a salary of up to 29 thousand work less than others in their profile (23%).
The study was conducted from March 19 to April 4 this year in all Russian districts.
Earlier, on April 5, it became known that about 18% of the surveyed schoolchildren in Russia declared their desire to become teachers and doctors.
According to a survey of the Sistema charitable foundation, schoolchildren are also considering the profession of a designer, lawyer, and programmer.
Moreover, the respondents noted that the decisive factor in this choice is the high salary of employees employed in these areas.
