Volunteers of the search squad “Liza Alert” found a missing pensioner alive in an abandoned area near Novosibirsk, the NGS.ru portal writes on Friday, August 7.
80-year-old Gennady I. left his site at SNT “Druzhba” on August 3. For more than three days, volunteers with dog handlers examined nearby reservoirs, after which they went to the forest.
“We saw a fairly abandoned area without a fence at the very edge of the forest and at the entrance we found things that supposedly belonged to our missing person. We went in, began to shine through with lanterns and found our missing person, who was on the territory, ”said the leader of the detachment Alesya Yablonskikh.
She noted that the man was conscious and talking, but was disoriented and unable to walk. Volunteers evacuated him on a soft stretcher to a place where an ambulance team could drive up. Doctors examined the pensioner and then took him to the hospital.
On July 24, rescuers and volunteers found the lost pensioners in the Neryungri taiga in Yakutia. A 70-year-old woman and her 52-year-old disabled son went to pick berries and got lost.
