The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia urged not to participate in unauthorized actions in support of Navalny, which were announced in a number of Internet resources. In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs appealed to citizens with a request not to visit the streets and squares, declared as the location of uncoordinated public events. Also, law enforcement agencies asked to warn minors from participating in such actions. Earlier it was clarified that in this way the opposition is trying to ensure that a personal doctor is allowed to see Navalny.
We remind you that at the last rally, which took place on January 31 in the capital of Karelia, no one was detained. However, for participation in an unauthorized rally on January 23, the Petrozavodsk City Court sentenced the Karelian writer and traveler Sergei Filenko to a fine of 5,000 rubles.
