Residents of the Pskov region are being warned about the unfavorable phenomenon. This was reported to “MK in Pskov” in the press service of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Pskov region.
“Tonight, with preservation during the day in places in the Pskov region and in Pskov, heavy rains are expected,” the press service noted.
Residents of the region are warned that during heavy rains it is better to refrain from travel, if possible, stay in an apartment or work. If heavy rain is caught outside, you need to hide in buildings located above the possible flooding level.
Drivers are advised to park their cars from low-lying areas and not leave their cars in parking lots in places where flooding occurs frequently.
