At the end of the first quarter of 2021, the price level in the market for new buildings in Ryazan increased by 7%. This is evidenced by the data of a study conducted by experts of the Avito Real Estate service.
Analysts recorded an increase in proposals in the segment of new buildings – by 14% in annual terms and by 23% in relation to the previous quarter.
At the same time, the demand for new apartments in Russia is gradually decreasing: -6% yoy and -14% per quarter. But prices continue to rise: + 26% over the year and + 8% over the past three months.
The average price in the country was 107 thousand rubles per square meter. In Ryazan, a square meter of living space in a new house costs about 55,556 rubles (+ 24% per year and + 7% per quarter).
In Ryazan, supply decreased by 20% in a year and by 15% in a quarter. In turn, demand in the region showed the following dynamics: -8% yoy and -17% in the last quarter.
