Andrey Eremenko is suspected of abuse of office. According to preliminary data, he faces a fine of up to 80 thousand rubles or in the amount of wages, the punishment can be replaced by deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 5 years, or forced labor for up to 4 years, or arrest for up to six months, or imprisonment for up to 4 years.
Currently, the investigation is being carried out by the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Tver region.
The information on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has already been changed. Where Andrei Eremenko was previously listed, Dmitry Kuzmin is now listed as the Acting Head of the Moscow Police Department.
