According to Starovoit, for the first three to four days he had a pre-cold condition and a sore throat. The governor said that after the second vaccination, a blood test will be taken, which will show antibody titers.

In addition, the head of the Kursk region said that the region is participating in a pilot project and will begin vaccination in November. First of all, vaccinations will be given to doctors and other people from risk groups.
