The Balakovo District Court of the Saratov Region found Vladislav Pozdnyakov, the leader of the radical society “Male State”, guilty under the article on inciting hatred and humiliation of human dignity. Such data follow from the published court ruling.

It is noted that Pozdnyakov was charged with 39 episodes of an administrative offense. According to the checks carried out in the posts, the men found a “negative assessment” of the groups of persons “Russian women”, “homosexuals”, “power structures”, “local government bodies” and others. A fine of 10 thousand rubles was chosen as a punishment.

In December 2018, the founder of the radical society was sentenced to 2 years probation on the case of inciting hatred of women. Four supporters of the “Men’s State” were sentenced to real terms on charges of creating or participating in an extremist community.

However, in March 2019, due to the partial decriminalization of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, Pozdnyakov’s case was revised, after which he announced that his conviction and punishment had been removed.

In March of this year, social media users demanded that Pozdnyakov be held accountable for unleashing harassment and incitement to violence against women and block his Telegram channel. This happened after, in February 2020, Pozdnyakov called for the massacre of Russian girls who starred in a pornographic video by German musician Till Lindemann.
