Individual gusts of air flows will reach 15 m / s. Such a wind is capable of swaying tree trunks, but it is difficult to go against it. Due to bad weather, you need to follow simple rules when you are on the street:
1. Under no circumstances should you stand under the power line and do not approach the broken wires;
2. It is worth staying away from billboards, unfinished buildings, bus stops and trees;
3. Do not hide near the walls of houses.
