The Ulan-Ude Railway Court imposed on a local married couple the obligation to register an apartment in common shared ownership – including two minor children. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Buryatia.

The department noted that the husband and wife bought a “kopeck piece” in 2013 with a mortgage. A year later, they had a second child. When repaying the loan at the expense of the mother capital, the spouses presented to the pension authority a notarized commitment to allocate shares in the ownership of housing to their two children.

In June 2020, the prosecutor’s check showed that this obligation was never fulfilled. Therefore, the district prosecutor went to court.
