Snow continues in Kaluga. And already from Saturday morning in the regional center 15 road workers and 61 cars should be working on snow removal. Mayor Dmitry Denisov wrote about this on his page on the social network at night.
“By 5:00 in the morning, 60 workers will be at work, and by 8:00 there will be 140 workers. Particular attention will be paid to the cleanliness of pedestrian crossings and stops,” Denisov assured.
According to him, work on the Yachensky reservoir dam, Gagarin, Lenin, Kirov, Moskovskaya streets are among the top-priority ones.
Earlier on Friday, 2,430 cubic meters of snow were removed from the streets of Kaluga. It was collected from sidewalks, roads and other areas. During the day, 95 machines (tractors, loaders, motor graders and other equipment) and 120 communal workers worked in the city.
