On Friday, April 30, Russia celebrates Fire Day. In this regard, the head of the EMERCOM of Russia congratulated the firefighters, who represent the largest service in the EMERCOM, on their professional holiday.
He noted that firefighters act professionally and courageously in the most difficult situations.
“The health and well-being of people, the safety of social facilities directly depend on your clear and well-coordinated actions, competence and dedication,” the minister added.
Zinichev urged not to forget the firefighters who died in the line of duty, and wished the existing firemen dry hoses.
“Since the beginning of this year, over 10 thousand people have been saved by firefighters in the fires,” the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations also said.
