Ryazanets will face trial for an accident, as a result of which a policeman was injured. This was reported on August 12 by the regional SU of the TFR.
Investigators established that on November 9, 2019, near the village of Akulovo, Strazhilovskiy district, a 34-year-old drunk resident of Starozhilovskiy district was moving in a top ten towards the village. At some point, the accused lost control, drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a police “seven”. The driver of the company car, who was on duty, was seriously injured.
The criminal case under item “a” of part 2 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with the approved indictment was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
