Ryazan entered the top 5 leaders in terms of the rate of savings for an apartment in its city. The rating was compiled by analysts from hh.ru and CIAN.
The compilers found out which regions residents can quickly save up for a one-room apartment or a down payment on a mortgage.
The leaders are Chelyabinsk, Orenburg and Saratov – here you can save up for your own housing in five years. Ryazan shared the 4th place with a number of Russian regions and entered the TOP-5 leaders in terms of the rate of savings for an apartment in its city.
Civil servants in Vladivostok will have to collect the longest – as much as 18 years – for an apartment.
On average, working residents of Chelyabinsk, Orenburg, Saratov will need 5 years to buy a one-room apartment in their city, in Ryazan – 6 years, Vladivostok and St. Petersburg – 12 years.
