Summer residents who do not destroy weeds on the site may face a fine. As the lawyer Tatyana Matsukova said, among such plants are medicinal dandelion and field mint.

For this offense, they are punished with a warning or an administrative fine for citizens in the amount of 300 to 500 rubles. Officials must pay from 0.5 to 1 thousand rubles, and legal entities – from 5 to 10 thousand rubles. Moreover, if the rules are formally violated, and the harm from this is extremely small, then administrative liability can be avoided.

Matsukova recalled that the list of weeds was determined by a government decree. According to her, these are dangerous plant pests, as well as pathogens of plant diseases, as well as weed plants. It also includes Sosnovsky’s hogweed, field thistle, odorous chamomile, ragweed of various species, as well as various types of thistles.

At the same time, it is an offense not only to use seeds contaminated with diseases, but even inaction. So, a fine can be received by the owner of a summer house, who is not those who do not clean them mechanically.

Meanwhile, the Russians were also warned of penalties for early repayment of the loan. As it turned out, not all credit institutions in Russia voluntarily comply with the requirements of the law on the borrower’s right to early repayment of debt. As a result, they can charge fines for alleged violation of the contract.
