On Monday, August 3, the Russian Navy’s Ocean Shield 2020 exercise began in the Baltic Sea. Among the participants – RTO “Serpukhov”.
More than ten ships of the Baltic Fleet began to destroy the mock enemy. In addition to the Serpukhov MRK, small missile ships Sovetsk, Mytishchi, large landing ships Kaliningrad, Korolev, Minsk, corvettes Steregushchy, Boykiy and others are involved in the exercises.
The Ocean Shield 2020 exercise is being conducted under the leadership of the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral Nikolai Evmenov.
The Serpukhov City Administration maintains patronage relations with the crew of the Serpukhov MRK. The inhabitants of the district are proud of this small rocket ship and follow its fate with interest.
