The Russian Premier League (RPL) began checking the incident that happened after the match between the Sochi and Spartak clubs, the organization’s press service said.
Football club “Sochi” snatched victory from the red and white (1: 0) in the home match of the 18th round of the “Tinkoff of the Russian Premier League”. After the game, the Sochi footballer hit the assistant head coach of the Moscow club Andreas Hinkel.
As reported by “Sport-Express” with reference to the press service, a check is carried out and the participants of the incident are being questioned, the recordings from CCTV cameras are checked.
“The control and disciplinary committee of the Russian Football Union (FTC RFU) will assess what happened after a thorough study of all the materials,” the press service noted.
Joazinho himself denied the information about the incident and suggested that the coach of Spartak was so worried about the defeat of the red and white.
