The hotel in Tomsk, where Alexei Navalny stayed and where bottles with traces of poison were allegedly found, was checked by Rospotrebnadzor for safety, the hotel representative informs.

Earlier, in the official account of the oppositionist on Instagram, a statement was published that the Novichok poison, with which he was allegedly poisoned, was found in bottles from a hotel room in the Tomsk Xander Hotel.

One of the hotel administrators said that after the incident with Navalny and after the discovery of suspicious water bottles, the hotel was checked by the supervisory authority. According to her, the employees of Rospotrebnadzor took the washes, they did not find anything there. The room was cleaned in the usual manner very carefully, the administrator assured. “If there was something, we would no longer be working,” she added.
