A vintage car race in honor of the 300th anniversary of the region’s development started in the cities of Anzhero-Sudzhensk and Novokuznetsk.
On the eve, in the north of Kuzbass, a vintage car race started, which was timed to coincide with the 300th anniversary of the region. Residents of the city saw motorcycles made at the beginning and middle of the last century, as well as old cars “Moskvich”, “Volga”, “Pobeda” and others. On May 3, the race arrived in the southern capital of Kuzbass.
It is reported that other owners of vintage cars could join the rally along the way. The protesters laid flowers at the monuments in the cities and towns along the route to honor their fellow countrymen who died during the Great Patriotic War.
Earlier it became known that 20 vintage cars will be involved in the race.
